Member Supported Software
SitePath™ is a different  breed of software known as "Member Supported" software. When you purchase a membership license for SitePath, you are really joining a community of other users. When you join, you become a full-fledged member of the SitePath user group. This entitles you to free support from the developers here at GreyFace, access to the most recent version of SitePath, and use of the support and discussion groups.

Benefits of Membership
Members of the SitePath Users Group receive the following benefits:

• Installation and Setup Support: General questions about installation and configuration may be submitted directly to the GreyFace developers. You also have access to the online FAQ containing the most recent information about SitePath installation and use.
• Download Area: The latest version of SitePath is always available in the Member's download area. Also available are freeware and shareware scripts from other developers that you may find useful in maintaining and managing your site.
• Website Resources: A complete list of links to other resources on the web that can help you polish your site management skills. Includes documents, tools, tips and a healthy dose of "what not to do's".
• Support and Suggestion Groups: Members of the SitePath community participate in a lively discussion of how SitePath has enhanced their website and eased their management chores. The discussion contains tips and tricks on site management as well as proven techniques for applying SitePath reports to better "tune" your website.
• Future Products: As long as you are a member of the SitePath community, you are also entitled to download and use any of the other fine scripts developed now or in the future by GreyFace Productions. New ideas are being submitted all the time. Members who submit ideas that we incorporate may receive free membership extensions or might even share in the profits.

Membership Options
Membership to the SitePath community is available in one of two forms.

• Standard: If you are fairly skilled at installing and configuring Perl/CGI scripts on your site, you may be comfortable purchasing a "Standard" membership. This entitles you to three months of access to the SitePath member's area including all of the benefits outlined above.
• Advanced: The "Advanced" membership includes all of the benefits of the Standard membership with a few additional pluses. First and foremost, GreyFace's own developers will install and set up the SitePath script on your server for you. If you are unfamiliar with how scripts work and how they should be configured, this may be your best choice. Second, your membership lasts a full year. That's right, one full year of membership in the SitePath community.
