I am now and have always been .. a Protector. The lower side of the balance is the side I choose to fight for. The weak gain strength from Me. The shy grow in boldness by My side. The injured find comfort and solace in My house.

I do not tolerate injustice .. nor evil. I will not brook ill will toward another, or toward oneself.

There are many sides to me. This is but one of them. Through my short life and varied experiences, I have come to gain an appreciation for the things in life that endure.

No .. I don't mean possessions. Things I put in my pocket tend to fall out of my pocket at some time or another. But things I put in my heart, stay there forever.

Every once in a while I meet someone who touches me deep inside. I live for that moment. For that first "touch" when the connection between two disparate souls is complete. It does not always come from being there either. At times it happens with a look, or a word .. or both.

I guess that's why I like video chatting so much. (I use ISPQ v5.0) There is something much deeper in a friend found with the eyes and the mind. I learn a lot from listening .. with all my senses. A simple smile can say so much more than volumes of Shakespeare .. although he did give it a good try.
